Drew is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Upside Search, specializing in accounting & finance recruitment for high-growth manufacturing businesses across the US. He began his career at Endevis, a boutique firm founded by his father and Upside Search’s co-founder, Mick Fecko. Drew later honed his expertise at Michael Page in Chicago, focusing on accounting and finance recruitment, where he discovered his passion for the manufacturing sector.

After transitioning to a Corporate Recruiter role at Cushman & Wakefield, Drew gained valuable insights into internal recruitment processes. In 2022, he founded Upside Search, leveraging his diverse background to deliver innovative recruitment solutions. Drew earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Capital University, where he also played collegiate basketball.

Mick brings over 30 years of experience in the recruiting & staffing industry. As the Founder of Endevis LLC, a full-service talent acquisition firm he established in 2000, Mick played a pivotal role in its growth and success. After selling Endevis to a leading human capital technology firm in 2021, he continued as President of Professional Staffing until November 2023.

In 2024, Mick joined Upside Search as a Managing Partner, where he focuses on innovative recruitment strategies that enhance client outcomes. Mick’s extensive background includes leading Corporate Talent Acquisition at Avery Dennison and Honeywell, where he transformed recruitment operations, improved process efficiency, and enhanced diversity hiring. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University, is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and possesses a Six Sigma Greenbelt in Staffing Processes and Measurement.

Cameron specializes in supporting Ohio-based companies with their accounting and finance recruitment needs. With four years of experience that began at Insight Global, he has cultivated a robust foundation in recruitment practices.

Renowned for his consultative approach, Cameron embodies Upside Search’s commitment to excellence. He is dedicated to fostering growth for both his clients and colleagues, ensuring that each engagement delivers exceptional value and service. Cameron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Sydney brings four years of experience in delivering tailored recruitment solutions to companies within the Renewable Energy industry. She started her career at Endevis, where she quickly built a reputation for excellence, consistently ranking as a top performer in the contract staffing division.

Sydney is known for her ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to her clients. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication & Media Studies from Ohio Northern University, where she also competed as a member of the women’s volleyball team.
