Present Excellent Candidates
Initial contact is made with qualified candidates through our various sourcing tools and our state-of-the-art CRM system. We conduct in-depth phone screenings and face-to-face meetings to fully understand their professional, technical, and personal attributes to ensure compatibility with your organization. Only candidates that have been fully vetted and have expressed true interest are submitted to clients for interviews.
Clients receive an updated resume and a full write-up summarizing the candidates’ relatable skillsets & experience, reason for interest, education, technical abilities, and compensation expectations.
Interview Coordination & Post-Interview Support
We take care of every aspect of the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both clients and candidates. We coordinate and schedule all interviews, while providing candidates with a comprehensive debriefing on the company and position. This equips them with the knowledge they need for informed and engaging conversations about the role.
As part of our commitment to exceptional service, we promptly follow up with candidates, providing immediate feedback and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. We maintain constant communication with both clients and candidates, proactively identifying and addressing any potential obstacles that could hinder a successful placement.
Once you have identified the top candidate, Upside Search will conduct 2-3 references with prior Supervisors that can speak on behalf of past performance and experiences working with the candidate.
Offer & Post-Acceptance
Our commitment extends beyond securing a candidate’s acceptance. Prior to extending the final offer, we handle negotiations, resolving any discrepancies, and determining the precise compensation that aligns with the candidate’s expectations and motivates them to accept the offer. Once verbal acceptance is confirmed, we facilitate the issuance of an official offer letter for the candidate’s signature.
Even after the offer is accepted and the candidate’s start date is set, our support continues. We maintain close communication with both the client and candidate, ensuring a seamless transition leading up to their first day. Our proactive follow-ups guarantee that both parties are satisfied and address any potential concerns that may arise, ensuring a successful placement.
