He later refined his expertise at Michael Page in Chicago, specializing in accounting and finance recruitment for manufacturing organizations, where he developed a deep appreciation for the industry's unique operational and financial challenges.
After serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Cushman & Wakefield and gaining firsthand insight into internal talent acquisition, Drew co-founded Upside Search in 2022 with a vision of building a search firm that puts long-term partnerships, business understanding, and exceptional talent ahead of transactional recruiting.

Prior to joining Upside Search as Managing Partner, Mick founded Endevis, a full-service talent acquisition firm, in 2000 and successfully led its growth until its acquisition by a leading human capital technology company in 2021. He remained President through 2023 before joining Upside Search in 2024. Earlier in his career, Mick led Corporate Talent Acquisition for Avery Dennison and Honeywell, where he transformed recruitment operations, improved hiring processes, and advanced diversity initiatives. His unique blend of executive search and corporate leadership experience enables him to deliver thoughtful, results-driven talent solutions for clients nationwide.
