Drew began his career at Endevis, a boutique executive search firm founded by his father and Upside Search Co-Founder, Mick Fecko. He later refined his expertise at Michael Page in Chicago, specializing in accounting and finance recruitment for manufacturing organizations, where he developed a deep appreciation for the industry's unique operational and financial challenges.

After serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Cushman & Wakefield and gaining firsthand insight into internal talent acquisition, Drew co-founded Upside Search in 2022 with a vision of building a search firm that puts long-term partnerships, business understanding, and exceptional talent ahead of transactional recruiting.
